Please complete the Building Use Form by clicking on the link provided. This form will simply be a request to use the facility. After approval, our Associate Pastor, David Allred, will meet with you to give you a tour of the facility and to complete and sign the User Agreement form. We look forward to working with you and sharing our facility with you.
